About Us

Real barbecue, local ingredients and a fresh cuisine - this is what the Beach House has been known for for more than 10 years.

Regional and fresh

Meat and fish from animal-friendly husbandry, fruit and vegetables from the island of Reichenau and fine wines: In the Beach House we only use high-quality ingredients from the Lake Constance and Allgäu region. The food is always freshly cooked - without any additives.

Sustainable and animal friendly

In the Beach House, we only use meat from grass-fed cattle and local pigs, which are raised slowly and are slaughtered individually in an animal-friendly manner. We use all parts of the animal according to the "nose-to-tail" principle.

Authentic barbecue

The specialty that Klaus Winter and his team have always been known for is the real barbecue. The meat is cooked in the barbecue smoker for up to 12 hours - with an indirect beech wood fire and low temperatures.

Genuine hospitality

First-class service - but always with a lot of charm and humor. In the casually elegant beach house ambience, guests are welcomed with genuine hospitality.
